Episode 25: Fathers & The Future of Bermuda

While at the 14th International Fatherhood Conference in Florida June 12-15, I caught up with Dr. Ronald Mincy, Director of the Center for Research on Fathers, Children and Family Well-Being at Columbia University. Dr. Mincy is also the researcher/author of the Bermuda Mincy Report, in which he identified challenges facing young black males and outlined a number solutions to those challenges. In this interview we spoke at length about the way forward and the role fathers need to play in creating a better Bermuda. Although this is a lengthy interview (12 minutes), I hope you’ll watch it in its entirety and also share with it others.
